Who do I contact in Human Resources about the FMLA?

The Employee and the Department supervisor should contact Leave Management at 210-458-4250 if an employee is absent or anticipating an absence for:

  1. three or more days for any  medical problem/issue
  2. less than 3 days due to a current or previous chronic (long term/lasting) medical condition, injury, for themselves (including pregnancy) or the illness of a qualified family member as listed above,

A designated Human Resource staff member will ask questions about the illness or reason for taking leave and provide the employee with the necessary paperwork needed to complete and return.
