I have a staff member that works 50% time for my department and 50% time for another supervisor. Who is responsible for completing the evaluation and should the ratings match for each assignment?

If the employee has two distinct assignments in the system, each supervisor is responsible for completing an evaluation based on the position they oversee.  If the employee has one assignment with funding from two or more areas, we recommend that each supervisor provide input on one evaluation. Base the individual and overall scores as it relates to the specific job that is evaluated.
